Several issues marred the stay, two refrigerator units sustained heavy damage, making them not particularly reliable. The safe in one room malfunctioned, requiring a less functional replacement. and an unwelcome ant presence was noted in the drawers. Additionally, the pool was too chilly for kids to enjoy comfortably due to high winds, leading to a less than ideal swimming experience.

The rooftop pool area is stunning 😍! Just wish the service was faster, and there was a little musty smell in the room. Overall, a good stay for relaxation with spacious rooms.

the mini bar was great and a lovely saxófonist played during dinner. the check-in process could take a bit too long.

The spacious Deluxe Twin Room offered a surprisingly comfortable stay with crisp bedding that surpassed typical Colombian standards. Despite the appealing rooftop pool being out of service during my visit, the sumptuous buffet breakfast featuring local fresh products made mornings enjoyable. However, I found the check-in process excessively rigid, with identification policies leading to unnecessary complications. Additionally, the service could benefit from improved responsiveness, as there were delays in addressing some requests.

The rooftop pool offered breathtaking views. and the staff was exceptionally friendly, always ready to assist. The complimentary welcome drink was a lovely touch, setting a great tone for the stay.

However, the elevator was broken during my visit. which made access to higher floors a bit of a hassle.

Couple friendly but pricey

The breakfast was excellent no meat just eggs as I like and the juices they served were fresh not too sweet. The rooftop restaurant we got to eat at had huge portions way more than we thought and the view while eating was just fantastic.

It wasn’t cheap but I think it was still in the acceptable range for what we got.
